 Hi! I’m Dudu, a proud South African and a passionate K-drama fan. My journey into the world of Asian dramas started back in 2016–2017 when I randomly stumbled upon a Chinese drama, Go Ahead on YouTube. Little did I know that this would be the beginning of an obsession! Fast forward to today, and I’m still completely in love with K-dramas.

My all-time favorite drama? Boys Over Flowers 🌸—the show that truly sealed my fate as a K-drama addict. There’s just something special about these dramas that Hollywood shows can’t quite capture (no shade, lol). Whether it’s the comfort, the heartwarming friendships, the romance, or even the intense corporate drama, there’s always a story that speaks to me.

In South Africa, there are few to no K-drama communities, and I want to change that! The K-Drama Couch is a space where:
